Okay, FOCUS!

Here we are, a year from what I am calling a “soft launch”. If you are reading this, you’re more than likely a friend (former clients, you are in this category!) or family member. This past year has seen me improve my formulation skills by leaps and bounds. I am proud to say that I am closing in on a real OFFICIAL launch with NEW products and more focus on what Permanent Vacation skin care is all about! I am also humbly admitting that I lost sight for awhile and questioned the whole dang thing. But I remembered what I love the most about skin care and why I wanted to take on the arduous task of creating a skin care line. I get so freaking stoked when I can make a difference in your skin. I get so pumped when you leave my care feeling better about your skin, floating on a little post facial cloud. I get beyond thrilled when my elder millennial, gen x, and boomer clients who feel “old” (PS y’all are old and that’s a blessed and wonderful thing) are empowered and educated to nourish their skin and support it through all the changes that happen as we age. I want to be there for you! I want to give you some tools that are simple, effective, enjoyable and make you feel like you just left my treatment room every time you use them. So, it’s taking me a little while. My goal is to have a basic but complete and adaptable skin care regimen ready to go to market before the holidays. The focus of this regimen is super-duper support for aging skin. Nourishing, protective and restorative. If you ever did school projects without the internet, this is for you. If you ever had a landline, this is for you. If you ever used a walkman, this is for you. Basically, if you’re over 30, this is the stuff. The regimen will include at a minimum one cleanser, AM and PM moisturizers, and possibly a lip treatment that is NOT YOUR AVERAGE lip balm. A real skin care treatment for the lips. I truly want to do my best for you and I promise it will be worth the wait! In the meantime, thank you for continuing to buy and use my oils! My first babies. And thank you for all the encouragement and support!
